How to request a refund

Email william@mediamindsdma.com and include:

  • The email address you used to place the order
  • The name of the product you bought

You don’t need to give a reason, though any feedback helps us improve the product.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process refunds promptly, and your bank may take several business days to post it to your account.

Once a refund is issued, access to the product downloads may be removed.

Services are not covered

This policy applies to digital products only. It does not cover services, including Google Business Profile Verification Recovery. The terms for a service are set out at intake, before any work begins.
